I AM THE CADARM

Hi. I'm Peter Lea and I love CAD. I love designing things that perform a valuable function in an intuitive, effortless way - and make them look good at the same time.

I've worked in design and engineering for over 14 years and I'd say I'm getting pretty good at it now. I've worked on everything from a small aid for putting your socks on up to a minibar for an aircraft seat that's worth more than my nan's house.

If you're looking to turn in idea into a product, don't hesitate to give me a call and I'll do everything I can to help.

THE HELPING HAND COMPANY
Aids for Daily Living
Some people need a little assistance performing eveyday activities like taking a bath or going to the toilet - tasks most people take for granted. Nothing gives greater satisfaction than designing a product that is going to enrich many people's lives by enabling them to take care of themselves and stay independent, especially when you know you might need some assistance yourself one day.
The Helping Hand Company also happen to be one of the worlds largest producers of litter clearance equipment, including this ergonimc bag holder.

A returnable plastic tray that improves how cream is transported through one of the UK's largest distribution network needs to fit a miriad of different sizes and shapes pots in various quantities, protect the pots from supplier to shelf, withstand repeated high-intensity cleaning operations and become almost invisible to the customer. And thats just pots of cream.
CONTOUR AEROSPACE
First Class Aircraft Seating
With intense competition in the aviation industry, airlines need differentiation at the point customers will remember the most about their flight. The seat is the primary battleground where distinctive style and features must be balanced with comfort and practicality in a confined space, all the while complying with reams of aerospace regulations.
INTELLICOT
The 21st Century Cot
Born out of a university final-year group project, Intellicot was our answer to every parent's prayers. Originally conceived as a device that would connect to intelligent home automation systems, the cot would quietly monitor, comfort and protect its young occupant while providing reassurance and easy pain-free access for the carers.
